I started in real estate in January of 2006. To better serve my clients, I continue to further my knowledge base by attending continuing education classes and obtaining advanced certifications/designations. I enjoy working with home buyers and sellers in St. Cloud, MN and the surrounding communities. I am a very patient and caring person and I am capable of quickly picking up on my client’s personal housing needs. I have a network of people ready to assist my clients with all aspects of the home-buying and selling process, from the initial financing all the way to a fresh coat of paint. I am a full-time REALTOR, and believe real estate is one of the best investments available, and I am dedicated to your success.
From 2011-2019 (current) I have been the top producing agent in the St. Cloud RE/MAX Results Office. From 2011 through 2015 I was awarded the Platinum Club Award which is an award that only 8% of all RE/MAX agents in Minnesota ever receive. From 2016-2019 I have been awarded the Chairman Club Award which less than 2% of RE/MAX agents ever achieve. In 2014 I was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and in 2018 the Lifetime Achievement award. I am not saying these things to impress you, but rather to impress upon you that I am a very hard working agent who takes my job seriously. I hope to assist you with all of your real estate needs.
Personal
I am 41 years young and grew up in the small town of Belgrade, MN. Belgrade has a population of around 650 people and is 1 hour SW of St. Cloud, MN. I have a 2 year college degree from Central Lakes College. Construction was my line of work until I switched careers to be a real estate agent in January of 2006.
I lived in the Sartell/St. Cloud, MN area for 16 years and moved out to Cold Spring in late 2015. I truly enjoy the friendly people that these communities offer. I married my beautiful wife, Tina on June 6th, 2009. She is my rock and we’ve enjoyed many years of wedded bliss together! We have been blessed with four amazing boys, Aden, Kash, Chase and Vance, who are the joys of our lives. When I am not working or spending time with my family, my hobbies include: playing pool, poker, biking, sight-seeing and an occasional motor-cross ride at a local track.
